Nature of Services

Trecore provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud & DevOps services, and product development.
All services are intangible, customized, and delivered digitally, and therefore are subject to specific refund conditions as outlined below.

Refund Policy

1. Project-Based Services

  • Payments made for project-based services are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • A project is considered started once requirements are finalized, resources are allocated, or development work has begun.

2. Advance Payments

  • Any advance or upfront payment is non-refundable as it covers project planning, research, and resource allocation.

3. Milestone-Based Payments

  • Refunds will not be provided for completed or approved milestones.

  • If a project is terminated by the client mid-way, payment for completed work remains payable.

Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.

  • Upon cancellation, Trecore will deliver all completed work up to the cancellation date.

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client

  • Billing errors caused by Trecore

Any approved refund will be processed after internal verification and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method.

Revisions & Support

Instead of refunds, Trecore prioritizes:

  • Reasonable revisions as per agreed project scope

  • Bug fixes and technical support for delivered work

  • Issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction

Third-Party Services

Trecore is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Third-party tools, licenses, hosting, domains, APIs, or services purchased on behalf of the client

  • Payments made directly to third-party providers

These are governed by the respective third-party refund policies.

Changes to This Policy

Trecore reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
